Meet the Creator of Workday Workout

Former D1 and Pro athlete, Nutrition & Fitness Major, and certified personal trainer.

I’m Gavin Otte, Creator of Workday Workout. Health and fitness have been a big part of my life. I was an athlete growing up and played football at the University of Missouri. We went to back-to-back SEC championships which was the time of my life. After, I briefly played professionally in the IFL for the Nebraska Danger. I got my degree in Nutrition and Fitness and became an ACSM certified personal trainer for a bit before getting into the business world.

I created Workday Workout to be a fun, engaging way to naturally boost your health and energy during the workday in less than 5 minutes. I hope you enjoy it!
