How It Started.

Effective. Efficient. Easy.

Workday Workout exists to make it easy for you to adopt and maintain healthy habits throughout your workday so making a living doesn't equal dying. The mission is to help you thrive and feel healthy, while being productive at work.

WW does this by giving you a quick and effective way to naturally boost your energy, mood, and health without equipment or leaving your desk. These are short workouts designed to engage your entire body and supercharge your energy, in less than 5 minutes.

One of the quickest and easiest ways to boost your energy and focus is to move your body, even if it’s only for a few minutes. Studies have shown that just 2 minutes of exercise is enough to boost cognitive function and energy for the following 2 hours.

That was enough for me to start implementing this concept throughout my workday. I would set a reminder to do jumping jacks or run in place for 2 minutes, every couple hours. And it worked. I felt energized and any feeling of fatigue was gone.

Believe me, I love cold brew coffee as much as the next person. But if you want a full-proof way to instantly boost your energy and focus, then moving your body for a few minutes is one of the most effective ways I know how.

That is the concept behind Workday Workout.

Workday Workout Philosophy

Workouts made for the Workday.

1 / Bodyweight Exercise

No equipment means these workouts can be done anytime, anywhere. Take a short break between work-blocks and do a quick workout to get the heart pumping and the energy flowing, even at your desk.

2 / Compound Movements

Compound movements take advantage of how the body is meant to move and function naturally. They require (and produce) more energy and stimulate more muscle growth and strength than isolated movements.

3 / Full Body Workouts

Workday Workouts are specifically designed to engage your entire body, which maximizes energy production and muscle activation.

4 / Short Workouts Less Than 5 Minutes

Every workout is less than 5 minutes so it can easily fit within and throughout your workday. Short, sweet, effective, and fun.
